Note: Completion of the application form does not guarantee a place on the course. Course places are limited and, as this is an advanced specialist skills course, we first need to ensure that you have the necessary foundation training on which this will build.

You will need to provide scanned copies of the following documents:
  • copies of your professional training qualifications
  • a copy of your professional indemnity insurance policy
  • a copy of your current membership certificate with an appropriate professional body
  • a signed copy of the PICT Trauma & Abuse Specialist Skills Diploma Training Terms & Conditions Policy (2024)
